Equipment Needed

All gymnasts should have their own equipment. Check the table above to see exactly what apparatus your gymnast needs for their group.

Gymnast’s favourites (non-essentials):
Some items aren’t required but can make training more comfortable and fun, like cushions for stretching, ball or hoop covers, and knee pads.

Special equipment for competitive groups:
Gymnasts on the competitive pathway, especially Squad, will need a few additional items for training, such as yoga blocks or elastic bands, which help improve strength, flexibility, and technique.

Grab anything you need from our online shop — we’ll bring it to your gymnast at their next class

Stay connected! Members are added to our WhatsApp community for club updates and group news — a great way to keep up with your gymnast’s classes or upcoming events.

Book a Feedback Call

Got any questions about the classes? Curious how your gymnast is progressing? Would like to share your expectations or ambitions?
