Training Highlights
Our carefully crafted syllabus covers every aspect of this beautiful art form. Each class includes a pulse raiser, mobiliser, muscle activation, flexibility and conditioning. We practice body difficulties, like balances, pivots, jumps, and acrobatics, as well as apparatus difficulties with rope, ball, hoop, clubs, and ribbon.
